Job summary

Immatics is seeking a Program Manager, CMC to lead cross-functional activities across manufacturing, analytical, quality, regulatory, and supply chain in cell therapy development. You will drive plans, milestones, risk, and readiness for regulatory submissions and commercial manufacturing.

Reporting to the Director, Program Management, you will coordinate with external vendors and internal teams to ensure alignment and timely execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences, medicine, immunology, oncology, or related field.
• 5+ years in biotech/pharma/oncology clinical development environments.
• CMC programs experience across manufacturing, quality, analytical, regulatory operations.
• Academic or industry experience in cell and gene therapy, immunology/oncology, or bioprocessing/manufacturing sciences.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain CMC program plans, timelines, risk registers, trackers, and reporting tools.
• Manage CMC deliverables, milestones, and critical paths aligned with development timelines.
• Lead cross-functional CMC meetings with agenda, documentation, and action tracking.
• Drive collaboration across Manufacturing, Process Development, Analytical Development, Quality, Regulatory, Supply Chain, and Patient Operations.
• Coordinate activities with external vendors, CMOs, CDMOs, and contractors.
• Support governance and decision-making with department leaders and senior management.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of CMC program management tools and onboarding processes.
