Job summary

Immatics US, Inc. is seeking a Program Manager, CMC to lead cross-functional CMC activities in a cell therapy development and manufacturing setting.

You will drive planning, execution, and integration across manufacturing, analytics, quality, regulatory, and supply chain to meet clinical and commercial milestones. Reporting to the Director of Program Management, the role emphasizes proactive risk management and readiness for regulatory submissions, with on-site responsibilities at Stafford, TX.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or related field is required.
• Experience in biotechnology/pharmaceutical clinical development environments.
• Experience with CMC programs and cross-functional coordination across manufacturing, quality, analytical, and regulatory operations.
• Background in cell or gene therapy, immunology, oncology, or bioprocessing is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain CMC program plans, timelines, risk registers, trackers, and reporting tools.
• Manage CMC deliverables, milestones, and critical paths aligned with development timelines.
• Lead cross-functional CMC meetings with agenda, documentation, and action tracking.
• Drive collaboration across Manufacturing, Process Development, Analytical Development, Quality, Regulatory, Supply Chain, and Patient Operations.
• Coordinate activities with external vendors, CMOs, and CDMOs.
• Support strategic planning and governance with department leaders and senior management.
