Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Experience leading food and beverage operations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensures and executes proper preparation, cooking and plating of menu items.
• Inspects ingredients and maintains high standards of quality and freshness.
• Writes and updates menu specifications, recipes and production forecasts.
• Manages hiring, training, planning and directing kitchen staff; evaluates performance.
