We're seeking an experienced and talented Head Chef to join our team in Bucks County, PA! As a key member of our culinary leadership team, you'll oversee kitchen operations, menu development, and team management in our bustling restaurant. Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a high-performing kitchen team, providing guidance, training, and mentorship to ensure exceptional culinary standards.
  • Develop and execute menus that showcase seasonal ingredients and local flavors, highlighting the best of Bucks County's culinary scene.
  • Oversee kitchen operations, including food preparation, presentation, and plating.
  • Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
  • Collaborate with front-of-house teams to ensure seamless service and exceptional customer experiences.
  • Maintain high standards of food safety, sanitation, and kitchen cleanliness.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience as a Head Chef or Sous Chef in a high-volume restaurant environment.
