Pay Range: $14.00 per hour

Job Description

Prepares various pantry products for food outlets such as the restaurant, banquet operations, snack bar, and beverage cart.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Completes opening and closing checklists.
  • Follows daily prep list for assigned duties.
  • Prepares meats, poultry, vegetables, and other food items using grills, fryers, and other kitchen equipment.
  • Adheres to standard portion sizes, cooking methods, quality standards, and kitchen policies.
  • Ensures proper storage of food items.
  • Maintains cleanliness of work station and equipment.
  • Follows opening checklist and assists in opening the kitchen.
  • Reports equipment and food quality issues promptly.
  • Practices safe work procedures.
  • Maintains regular and reliable attendance.

Physical Demands
