Responsibilities

• Manage catering event schedules to maximize productivity and ensure alignment across departments.
• Coordinate delivery routes, driver schedules, and event timelines for seamless execution.
• Prepare reports on catering performance, expenses, and delivery metrics.
• Maintain accurate digital and physical records for catering, delivery, and administrative documentation.
• Assist Directors with leadership initiatives such as recognition programs, training events, and catering competitions.
• Collaborate on community outreach and marketing campaigns supporting catering growth.
• Handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity.
• Serve as a trusted support partner to the Operator and leadership team.
• Assist the Executive Admin with returns and exterior runs.

Position Overview

The Head Catering & Delivery Service Administrator plays a pivotal role in coordinating and executing all catering and delivery operations. This position supports leadership in logistics, administration, and communication—ensuring that every guest interaction, from event planning to doorstep delivery, reflects excellence, efficiency, and genuine care.

Key Responsibilities

Calendar & Scheduling

• Manage catering event schedules to maximize productivity and ensure alignment across departments.
• Coordinate delivery routes, driver schedules, and event timelines for seamless execution.

Document & Record Management

• Prepare reports on catering performance, expenses, and delivery metrics.
• Maintain accurate digital and physical records for catering, delivery, and administrative documentation.

Project Support

• Assist Directors with leadership initiatives such as recognition programs, training events, and catering competitions.

Confidentiality & Professionalism
