Job summary

Chick-fil-A in Heights, TX is seeking a Part-Time Catering Staff member. You will help assemble and deliver catering orders, and enter new orders into the system while delivering Chick-fil-A service with a smile.

This role emphasizes teamwork, a strong work ethic, and the ability to multitask. You’ll learn from an experienced Catering Director and grow with the restaurant while upholding cleanliness, dress code, and guest care standards.

Responsibilities

• Help assemble and deliver Catering Orders.
• Enter new Catering Orders into the system.

• Stand and move for several hours.

Catering Staff are responsible for providing an exceptional experience for everyone they serve each day and for ensuring all guests receive signature Chick-fil-A service and food.

Schedule:

• Part-Time
• Monday-Friday 7am-12pm
• Availability to come in earlier and/or later to help with additional Catering Orders

Catering Staff Responsibilities:

• Help assemble and deliver Catering Orders
• Enter new Catering Orders into the system
• Make Emotional Connections with Guests
• Honor and encourage others to follow the vision and values of the Restaurant
• Multitask quickly, yet thoroughly
• Be team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, with a strong work ethic
• Work on their feet for several hours at a time
• Communicate effectively with guests and Team Members
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
• Other duties as assigned
