RESPONSIBILITIES
- Proactively seek out new catering opportunities with local businesses, schools, and civic organizations.
- Manage all inbound catering inquiries, menu consultations, payment processing and reconciliation.
- Coordinate with kitchen leadership on food prep schedules, order volumes, and special dietary needs.
- Organize and oversee delivery schedules, route optimization, and setup equipment for off-site events.
- Ensure strict adherence to brand standards, food safety protocols, and sanitation regulations across all catering operations.
- Maintain catering equipment, delivery vehicles, paper inventory, and display items in top condition.
- Perform post-event follow-ups with clients to gather feedback, ensure satisfaction, and secure recurring business.
- Track sales targets, operational expenses, labor costs, and monthly revenue performance.
- Look for unique opportunities to show unreasonable hospitality to clients and guests.
- Coordinate outside events, Community Care Events, and mascot/brand appearances.
- Manage third-party delivery relationships (Grubhub, DoorDash, UberEats, Postmates).
