Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking a Head Cashier to supervise a team of cashiers and assist with store operations, ensuring excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment. You will coach and mentor associates, schedule shifts, monitor checkout performance, handle cash handling duties, and enforce policy compliance while maintaining store cleanliness and safety standards.

Formación

• Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED and 1–2 years of cashiering experience with leadership training.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Outgoing, friendly demeanor and a role model for others.
• Ability to operate front-end equipment: register, calculator, and scanner.
• Strong math and cash-handling skills; detail-oriented and organized.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise a team of cashiers and assist with store operations.
• Provide direction and support to cashiers and courtesy clerks.
• Assist in resolving customer issues at the register.
• Schedule and oversee breaks, monitor stock and cleanliness for restrooms and parking lots.
• Maintain exit door visibility for security and loss prevention.
• Assist in hiring and training new cashiers; manage disciplinary actions as needed.
