Sprouts Farmers Market in Walnut Creek is seeking a Head Cashier to lead a fast-paced team and deliver exceptional customer service in a friendly, healthy-eating environment.

You will supervise cashiers, assist with store operations, train new staff, and ensure accurate cash handling while maintaining cleanliness and safety standards. This role requires 1–2 years cashiering experience with leadership training and a flexible schedule.

Qualificações

• Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED and 1–2 years of cashiering experience.
• Must be dependable with a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Outgoing and friendly demeanor with strong customer service and teamwork.
• Ability to operate front-end equipment (register, calculator, scanner).
• Strong communication and numerical skills for cash handling and counting.
• Ability to multi-task and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise a team of cashiers and assist with store operations.
• Visit registers to ensure excellent customer service and provide direction to Cashiers and Courtesy Clerks.
• Assist with customer issues at the register and maintain cash register supply levels.
• Schedule breaks and oversee compliance with company policy and state requirements.
• Assist in hiring and training new Cashiers and disciplinary actions when needed.
