Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provides SMART customer service through Lowe's policies, procedures and programs.
• Assists customers in locating, demonstrating, selecting, carrying, and loading merchandise.
• Processes sales transactions, returns, and refunds at the register per company guidelines.
• Explains product features, benefits, warranties, and stock information to customers.
• Coaches and trains associates in departmental duties and sales opportunities.
• Maintains store cleanliness, safety, and security practices.
