Job summary

Lowe's Companies, Inc. is seeking a service-focused cashier to support day-to-day store operations in Columbus, OH. You will engage with customers, locate and load merchandise, and answer product questions with a friendly, knowledgeable approach.

Qualifications

• Required: High school diploma or GED or equivalent years of experience.
• 1 Year Retail experience as a cashier and ability to obtain sales related licensure if required.
• Experience using common retail technology and cash handling is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide SMART customer service and assist customers in locating and loading merchandise.
• Answer questions and guide customers through store locations and project demonstrations.
• Process sales, returns, and refunds following company guidelines; handle cash and receipts.
• Maintain store cleanliness and assist with safety and security practices.
• Support line management and associates; operate store equipment as needed.
