Lowe’s is seeking a customer-focused individual for an on-site cashier role in Concord, NC. You will help customers locate and load merchandise and handle standard cashier duties with accuracy and courtesy.

The position emphasizes engaging customers, operating a POS system, ensuring accurate transactions, and maintaining a clean, organized store environment in a fast-paced retail setting.

Formación

• Requires high school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• Experience with store technology and cash register operations.
• 1 year of retail cashier experience.
• Ability to obtain required sales licensure or registration as may be required by law.

Responsabilidades

• Provide SMART customer service following Lowe’s policies and programs.
• Assist customers in locating, demonstrating, selecting, carrying, and loading merchandise.
• Operate cash register and process transactions, returns, and refunds per guidelines.
• Prepare register area at shift start and end, ensure registers and scanners function.
• Assist in price matching and provide product information and warranty details.
• Maintain store area, safety, and housekeeping standards.
