Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent years of experience in lieu of education requirement.
• Less than 1 Year Experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information.
• Less than 1 Year Experience using common retail technology, such as smart phones and tablets.
• 1 Year Retail experience as a cashier.
• Ability to obtain sales related licensure or registration as may be required by law

Responsabilités

• Provides SMART customer service at all times through Lowe's policies, procedures and programs.
• Seeks out customers to understand needs and assists in locating, demonstrating, selecting, carrying, and loading merchandise.
• Listens to and responds to customer and employee questions and guides them through store sections.
• Communicates product information regarding stock, special orders, features, applications, and warranties.
• Operates cash register to process sales, returns, and refunds per company guidelines.
• Ensures proper cash handling and daily reconciliation.
• Inspects merchandise and assists in loading and checkout processes.
• Maintains store security, prevents theft, and assists with maintaining housekeeping standards.
