Compass Group USA is hiring HEAD CAMP COOK in Anchorage, AK. You will prepare fresh, home-style meals for camp residents, maintain kitchen operations, and ensure food safety and inventory control.

This full-time role requires flexibility for a 4 weeks on/4 weeks off schedule in a remote Alaska camp, with transport arrangements from home to Anchorage before travel to the site. We offer competitive wages ($21.00–$23.00 per hour) and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Experience cooking in large-camp or remote settings.
• Ability to work a 4 weeks on/off schedule.
• Adherence to HACCP and safety guidelines.
• Ability to manage inventory and meal planning.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve freshly cooked meals for residents.
• Maintain kitchen operations and food safety standards.
• Assist in inventory, portion control and meal planning.
• Oversee cooking activities as assigned by Food Service Director.
• Ensure cleaning and sanitation of kitchen and dining areas.
