Job summary

Seasonal Head Cooks are needed for Alaska’s North Slope camp operations. You will oversee daily kitchen and food service, plan menus, train staff, manage inventory, and ensure safety and quality in a remote camp setting. This is a high-demand seasonal role with overtime opportunities and a rotational schedule.

Benefits include free housing and meals in camp, company-paid travel from Anchorage to the site, and opportunities for additional rotations with a hardworking team.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of high-volume food production and supervisory experience.
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Able to work independently and use good judgment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily kitchen and food service operations.
• Supervise, schedule, train, and support kitchen staff and housekeeping staff at smaller camps.
• Plan menus, prepare meals, and oversee food preparation and service.
• Maintain food quality, cleanliness, and service standards.
