North Country Brewing Co is seeking a Lead Brewer to oversee all aspects of production, from brewing and yeast management to filtration and packaging. You will lead the brewing team, schedule staff, and drive a culture of quality, safety, and continuous improvement.

You will manage inventory, forecast production, and ensure clean, compliant facilities while training staff and representing the brewery at events and tastings.

Qualifications

• Extensive brewing production experience and proven leadership.
• Strong knowledge of sanitation, quality control and safety protocols.
• Ability to forecast production and manage inventories.

Responsabilités

• Lead hands-on brewing, yeast management and packaging operations.
• Coach and develop Lead Brewer and Assistants, ensuring accountability.
• Maintain safety, sanitation and OSHA compliance across the facility.
• Oversee inventory, procurement, and production scheduling.
• Ensure accurate documentation and consistent beer quality.
• Represent brewery at events and tastings.
