Responsibilities

• Maintain absolute consistency and quality across all batches; manage raw materials and supplier relationships.
• Train, mentor, and safely guide brewery staff; conduct beer education for front-of-house and kitchen teams.
• Engage with the community, host brewery tours, and occasionally chat with guests in the taproom.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations; maintain a safe, clean brewhouse environment.
