Job summary

Qualifications

• Knowledge of existing system, state and league regulations.
• Ability to supervise and coordinate a staff of coaches.
• Mentor student athletes to develop character and leadership.
• Willingness to pursue coaching clinics and ongoing professional development.

Responsibilities

• Instruct athletes in fundamentals, strategy and conditioning.
• Lead and supervise coaching staff and coordinate with athletic director.
• Develop and implement season plans, schedules and practice routines.
• Ensure safety, discipline and sportsmanship during practices and games.
• Organize parent, athlete and staff communications and meetings.
• Manage equipment, budgeting and transportation for events.
