Qualifications

• Knowledge of coaching philosophy for the sport.
• Must complete MSHSAA/NFHS Coaching Principles and Sports First Aid Courses.
• Strong commitment to student-athlete development and eligibility rules.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate sport with a full team per MSHSAA standards.
• Assist in implementing athletic standards and attend required sessions.
• Coordinate the program and supervise student-athletes at practices and contests.
• Provide information for transportation, facilities, officials and game management.
• Schedule practice sessions to develop student-athletes' potential.
