Job summary

Union Padel Club in Chicago is seeking a Private Club Bartender Lead to manage the bar, social spaces, and events. This full-time, salaried role offers tips on top of salary and requires availability five days per week, including evenings and weekends.

You will build relationships with members and help shape a premium hospitality experience at our private club. You will supervise daily bar operations, craft beverages, manage inventory, and support private events while maintaining high standards

Qualifications

• Experience running a bar in a private club or hospitality setting.
• Ability to train and mentor bar staff.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Create a warm, personalized hospitality experience for members and guests.
• Lead day-to-day bar operation, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and stock.
• Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, wine, coffee, and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Heat, plate, and serve food while maintaining presentation standards.
• Manage bar inventory, ordering, receiving, and organization.
