Job summary

Union Padel Club in Chicago is seeking an energetic F&B Leader to elevate the beverage program at LaBarra and drive exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced club environment.

You will manage day-to-day F&B operations, craft drinks and coffee, oversee inventory and events, and partner with programs and events teams to grow revenue while maintaining the highest standards of service. This role offers a base salary of $45,000 plus tips and a complimentary club membership.

Qualifications

• Passion for hospitality and creating memorable experiences.
• Strong skills in making cocktails, coffee, and zero-proofs.
• Experience leading F&B in bars, clubs, hotels, or high-touch environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day F&B experience at LaBarra to create an elevated club environment.
• Craft drinks and specialty beverages with precision and flair.
• Deliver exceptional hospitality and welcome guests like a local.
• Reheat, plate, and serve food as needed for seamless service.
• Develop and execute beverage experiences (mixology classes, tastings).
• Own F&B inventory, ordering, and par levels; minimize waste.
