Cru Hospitality Group in Tampa is seeking an experienced Lead Bartender who blends craft with leadership to elevate our beverage program and guest experience.

This hands-on role requires leading by example, maintaining bar standards, training bartenders, managing par levels, and ensuring accurate POS transactions while delivering memorable hospitality through cocktails, wine, spirits, and thoughtful recommendations.

Formación

• Experience in a full-service restaurant or craft cocktail bar.
• Extensive knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wine, and beer.
• Passion for hospitality and guest connections.
• Ability to lead, coach, and motivate others.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn and accept feedback.

Responsabilidades

• Lead by example behind the bar and set service standards.
• Deliver hospitality through product knowledge and recommendations.
• Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, beer, and spirits per recipes.
• Train bartenders and servers; share product knowledge.
• Maintain bar cleanliness, stock, and setup for service.
• Drive sales by recommending drinks and food.
• Maintain accurate POS transactions and opening/closing procedures.
• Coordinate with management, servers, and kitchen.
• Uphold responsible service and sanitation standards.
