Job summary

Cru Hospitality Group operates Bouzy's bar in Tampa and seeks a Lead Bartender to elevate guest experience. You will craft cocktails, pour drinks, and pair with bar food, while training teammates and upholding CHG standards.

You will manage bar stock, maintain cleanliness, handle cash, and ensure five-star service. The role requires knowledge of wine, beer, spirits, and cocktails, plus the ability to collaborate with management.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of wine, beer, spirits and cocktails.
• Strong knowledge of food, culinary terms, and the restaurant industry.
• Be intuitive as to where help is needed.
• Be able to sell with integrity.
• Be the example; reports to General Manager.

Responsibilities

• Inform customers on quality of products and services.
• Sell and serve cocktails, spirits, wine and beer per guidelines.
• Sell and serve food and other menu items.
• Provide a five-star dining experience at the bar.
• Coordinate food service with kitchen and runners.
• Maintain a clean, organized bar at all times.
• Handle cash and operate register accurately.
• Perform opening and closing side work.
• Stock garnishes, supplies and bar products.
• Train new Bar team members and servers.
• Stay updated on beverage, food and industry trends.
• Maintain health, safety and sanitation standards.
• Uphold CHG standards.
