Base pay range

$15.00/hr - $15.00/hr

FESTIVÁL is HIRING

We are looking for a full-time head bartender (40 hrs/week). Must thrive in a busy cafe-style bar, have keen attention to detail, and be passionate about beverage programs. Compensation includes an elevated base hourly rate of $15/hr, estimated weekly tips of $1,000, and additional pay for event-based work.

Requirements include fine dining experience, ability to oversee bar operations, and cocktail creation skills.

Schedule

• SUNDAY 11am-11pm (includes prep)
• MONDAY 11am-11pm
• TUESDAY 4pm-11pm
• WEDNESDAY 4pm-11pm
