Rafs is looking for a talented Head Bartender to join our team. The Head Bartender should be able to create a cocktail program as well as lead the bar team. Wine and Beer knowledge are a plus. If you like to have fun and make money, send us your resume.

We are a female-owned and operated independent restaurant group. Raf's aims to reinvent and restore an iconic Italian bakery with 100-year-old hearths. Located at the intersection of NoHo, Nolita, and the Bowery, Raf’s will open in the historic Parisi Bakery building, which boasts a longstanding reputation as an Italian bakery and features preserved bread ovens from the 1930s. The ovens offer a unique opportunity for baking and a hearth-driven menu including dishes like Sicilian pizza, saffron-scented mussels, and dry-aged cote de bœuf.
