Island Oyster is seeking a Barback with elevated, high-volume restaurant experience. Barbacks are an integral part of our collaborative front-of-house team, helping to create exceptional guest experiences.

Position Summary
Barbacks are the central support system for the bar. As such, you must possess a passion for service, knowledge of the beverage world, and strong multi-tasking and prioritization skills. Barbacks should continually challenge themselves to work quickly and efficiently.
