Qualifications

• Proven leadership of a barn/horse operation or similar course.

• Experience in managing guest interactions and maintaining high standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train Wrangler/Guide team members and oversee daily barn operations.

• Oversee barn budget, inventory, safety, and maintenance for riding and activities.
