We are a gluten-free bakery with a focus on wild-fermentation, refined sugar-free, and nutrient dense ingredients. We sell mainly at Greenmarkets, select wholesale accounts, and direct-to-consumers. We have a commercial bakery space in Greenpoint, Brooklyn. Our hours at the moment are Monday-Friday, 6-2.
