Head BakerOversee the artisan bread and bagel baking team at the premier family-owned bakery café of the Finger Lakes. Help to guide a talented crew in producing award-winning artisan bread and traditional New York boiled and baked bagels.
Beginning in 1910, this local business now with six locations continues the tradition of providing this progressive college community with the best in scratch baked goods and prepared foods, with an eye towards growth and a desire to continually improve. With both a thriving retail and wholesale trade, the baking department provides the foundation for this highly respected and successful local chain. While making an array of fantastic breads, we are also open to new and improved varieties.
Candidates must have a track record of successful management and a culinary degree or equivalent experience. Experience with bakery production software is a plus. Positive and proactive leadership is required.
