Job summary

University of Southern California is seeking a Program Manager for the Head and Neck Center to drive growth, planning, and development. The role oversees services, operations, and patient experience across inpatient and outpatient settings.

Reporting to Clinical Operations leadership, the PM will coordinate with marketing, payer relations, and multidisciplinary teams to improve access, reduce costs, and enhance family-centered care through an integrated approach.

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in healthcare operations with progressive management experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong analytical and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Maintains liaison between Keck Medicine of USC Ambulatory Services, Keck School of Medicine and Keck Medical Center of USC through meetings and communications.
• Coordinates and integrates program services across intradepartmental, interdepartmental and hospital levels to increase growth, efficiency, and patient experience.
• Promotes a positive customer service culture to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction; collaborates with Nurse Navigator to integrate outpatient and inpatient care.
• Oversees standardized care plans with the multidisciplinary team and maintains patient education materials and discharge orders.
• Tracks patient outcomes and experiences and adjusts strategies in collaboration with leadership.
• Ensures compliance with regulatory standards and manages budgets aligned with department and system goals.
