Responsibilities

• Conduct training classes for beginners to experienced professionals.
• Update training materials and tests.
• Collaborate with SMEs to ensure content accuracy.
• Tailor programs with sales and customers to meet needs.
• Administer tests and evaluations to gauge understanding.
• Maintain safety during hands-on training and manage PPE.
• Keep records of training, attendance and certifications.
• Operate and maintain training equipment and fusion devices.
• Support field operations as needed.
• Travel to customer sites and Milford branches as required.
