Job summary

Milford A Winsupply Company seeks a Training Specialist to provide specialist training in HDPE fusion and related technical topics. You will develop and deliver programs, update materials, and support field operations while ensuring safety and accuracy.

The role requires strong communication, ability to travel to customer sites, and the potential to work with both English and Spanish-speaking participants. You will help with certifications and maintain training records across Milford branches.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must provide a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to pass safety and fusion training courses.
• Must be able to work in the United States.
• Pass background and drug screening.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Ability to read and follow technical instructions.
• 0 to 2 years of technical or related experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct training classes for groups of varying experience.
• Deliver engaging training using diverse methods.
• Update training materials and tests.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and sales to tailor programs.
• Administer tests and evaluations and provide feedback.
• Prioritize safety during hands-on training and maintain records.
• Maintain equipment and support field operations as needed.
• Perform fusions on HDPE pipe and operate fusion data devices.
• Travel to various customer offices and Milford branches as needed.
