Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must provide a valid driver’s license and be able to work in the United States.
• Must pass safety and fusion training courses and maintain certifications.

Responsibilities

• Conduct training classes for diverse groups ranging from beginners to professionals.
• Deliver engaging and interactive training using various teaching methods.
• Update training materials, presentations, manuals, guides, and tests.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy and relevance.
• Tailor training programs with sales, customers, and supervisors.
• Administer tests and evaluations to gauge participant comprehension.
• Provide constructive feedback and prioritize safety during hands-on sessions.
• Maintain training records, attendance, tests, evaluations, and certifications.
