Job summary

Congruex is seeking an HDD Operator to operate heavy construction equipment and support excavation and underground utility installation. You will maintain equipment, follow safety standards, and provide reliable field support to project teams and telecommunications clients.

You will work with construction crews, project managers, and field staff, travel throughout the Midwest as needed, and contribute to safe, efficient project execution through adherence to procedures and a strong work ethic.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license required; CDL with tanker preferred or willing to obtain.
• DOT Medical Card required; OSHA/other certifications preferred.
• Experience with underground utilities and heavy equipment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy equipment in compliance with safety policies.
• Load and unload equipment from trucks.
• Perform routine inspections and maintenance of assigned equipment.
• Load, haul, transport, set up, and break down heavy equipment safely.
• Identify utilities and develop safe excavation plans.
