Job summary

PUSH, Inc. is seeking a CDL A Directional Drill Operator/Locator to install fiber and power utilities using HDD trenchless methods. You will read prints and schematics, operate HDD gear, and mentor teammates while supporting field projects across rural and urban areas.

Requirements include a valid CDL A, ability to travel, and proven HDD field experience. The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and equipment maintenance in a dynamic environment in Wisconsin.

Qualifications

• Experience with Horizontal Directional Drilling around utilities in rural and urban areas.
• Knowledge of utility construction procedures and print reading.
• Comfort working around diverse brands of HDD and locating equipment.

Responsibilities

• Operates Directional Bore equipment for installation of underground cable or utilities.
• Reads utility locates and coordinates day lighting of facilities.
• Maintains bore profile plots and provides drilling data to customers.
• Follows safety procedures and attends mandatory safety meetings.
• Inspects and maintains equipment; performs minor repairs as needed.
• Sets up and cleans up work site, including traffic control measures.
