Job summary

PUSH, Inc is seeking a CDL Directional Drill Operator/Locator (HDD) to install fiber and utility conduits in exterior environments. You will operate bore equipment, read prints, and mentor team members while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

Preferred candidates have Class A CDL, HDD experience, and the ability to travel and work in rural or urban settings. The role is field-based with travel and live project sites across Wisconsin and neighboring states.

Qualifications

• Experience with Horizontal Directional Drilling around utilities in rural and urban areas.
• Ability to read prints and schematics; knowledge of utility procedures.

Responsibilities

• Operate Directional Bore equipment to install underground cable conduit or utilities.
• Maintain bore profile plots and provide drilling data.
• Ensure safety procedures and attend safety meetings.
• Inspect and maintain equipment; perform minor repairs.
• Coordinate locates and day lighting of facilities.
• Assist with basic labor and site setup/cleanup including traffic control.
