Job summary

PUSH, Inc. seeks a CDL Directional Drill Operator/Locator (HDD) to install fiber and other utilities using trenchless HDD methods. You will operate HDD equipment, read prints and schematics, and mentor junior crew members.

Responsibilities include ensuring proper bore alignment, maintaining equipment, inspecting and locating utilities, coordinating with crews, and adhering to safety standards across rural and urban sites. Must be able to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience with Horizontal Directional Drilling around utilities in rural and urban areas.
• Knowledge of Utility Construction Procedures and print reading.
• Ability to train and mentor HDD crews.

Responsibilities

• Operates HDD bore equipment for underground utilities installation.
• Maintain bore profile plots and provide drilling data.
• Abide safety procedures and attend safety meetings.
• Setup and cleanup of work site, including traffic control.
