Job summary

PUSH, Inc is seeking an experienced HDD Operator/Locator for Northern Wisconsin to install underground cables and utilities using trenchless HDD methods. The role requires CDL, field experience with HDD crews, and the ability to train teammates.

Qualifications

• Experience with Horizontal Directional Drilling around utilities in rural and urban areas.
• Ability to read prints and schematics for HDD installations.
• Willingness to train and mentor other team members.

Responsibilities

• Operate Directional Bore equipment for installation of underground cable and utilities.
• Ensure proper steering based on job preparations and projections.
• Maintain bore profile plots and provide directional drilling data to the customer.
• Follow safety procedures and attend mandatory safety meetings.
• Inspect and maintain equipment, perform routine maintenance.
• Read utility locates and coordinate day lighting of facilities.
• Assist with basic labor tasks and ensure clean work site setup and traffic control.
