Job summary

Push, Inc. is seeking a CDL Directional Drill Operator/Locator (HDD) to install underground cables around Northern Wisconsin. You will operate HDD equipment, read prints and schematics, and mentor teammates on a field team that works outdoors in all weather conditions.

This role requires a valid Class A CDL, the ability to travel, and commitment to safety. You will contribute to setup, maintenance, and coordination while supporting efficient, high-quality installations.

Qualifications

• Experience with Horizontal Directional Drilling around utilities in rural and urban areas.
• Ability to read prints and schematics relevant to HDD projects.
• Willingness to train and mentor other team members.

Responsibilities

• Operates Directional Bore equipment for installation of underground cable conduit or utilities.
• Ensure proper steering based on job preparations and projections.
• Maintain bore profile plots and provide drilling data to customers.
• Abide safety procedures and attend mandatory safety meetings.
