Job summary

PUSH, Inc. is seeking an experienced HDD Operator/Locator for Northern Wisconsin with CDL and hands-on drilling experience. You will operate bore equipment, read prints, and mentor teammates while ensuring safety and efficiency on outdoor sites.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL.
• Experience with HDD around utilities in rural and urban areas.
• Ability to read, comprehend and carry out instructions.
• Demonstrated field experience with HDD crews — operating rigs or locating.
• Ability to work in a team environment and multi-task in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Operates Directional Bore equipment for installation of underground cable conduit or utilities.
• Ensure proper steering based on job preparations and projections.
• Operate equipment to align, move, and adjust machinery to conform to grade specifications.
• Maintain bore profile plots and provide directional drilling data to customers.
• Adhere to safety procedures and attend mandatory safety meetings.
• Inspect and maintain all equipment; perform routine maintenance.
• Read utility locates and coordinate day lighting of facilities.
• Assist with basic labor tasks and ensure site setup and cleanup are completed properly.
