Job summary

Drill-Tech is seeking HDD Laborers to support horizontal directional drilling crews on underground utility projects in Philadelphia, PA. This hands-on field position involves assisting with daily operations, equipment setup, material handling, and general construction tasks.

While prior HDD experience helps, candidates with a strong construction background are welcome. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required; travel is project-based and local to the Mid-Atlantic region.

Qualifications

• Construction or underground utility experience preferred.
• Ability to perform physically demanding work outdoors.
• Valid driver's license.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Reliable transportation to and from the jobsite.

Responsibilities

• Assist HDD crews with daily field operations
• Support drilling, reaming, pullback, and pipe installation
• Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment
• Assist with equipment setup and cleanup
• Help maintain clean and organized jobsites
• Perform general labor duties as assigned
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures
• Work closely with foremen and equipment operators
