Job summary

Drill-Tech is seeking HDD Laborers to support horizontal directional drilling crews on underground utility projects in Philadelphia, PA. This hands-on field role involves assisting with daily operations, equipment setup, material handling, and general construction activities.

Prior HDD experience is helpful but not required for candidates with a strong construction background. The company HQ is in Chester, MD, with project work across the Mid-Atlantic region.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist HDD crews with daily field operations.
• Support drilling, reaming, pullback, and pipe installation.
• Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment.
• Assist with equipment setup and cleanup.
• Help maintain clean and organized jobsites.
• Perform general labor duties as assigned.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Work closely with foremen and equipment operators.

Overview

Drill-Tech is seeking HDD Laborers to support horizontal directional drilling crews on underground utility projects in Philadelphia, PA.

Headquartered in Chester, Maryland, Drill-Tech performs HDD and underground utility work throughout the Mid-Atlantic region.

This is a hands-on field position responsible for assisting HDD crews with daily operations, equipment setup, material handling, and general construction activities. Previous HDD experience is helpful but not required for candidates with a strong construction background.

Responsibilities

• Assist HDD crews with daily field operations
• Support drilling, reaming, pullback, and pipe installation
• Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment
• Assist with equipment setup and cleanup
• Help maintain clean and organized jobsites
• Perform general labor duties as assigned
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures
• Work closely with foremen and equipment operators
