You will oversee underground fiber installation, read prints and maps, coordinate assignments, and communicate with inspectors, subcontractors, and property owners. This is an outdoor, on-site leadership role requiring strong safety practices.
We’re hiring an experienced Foreman to lead utility construction crews in the field.
This role is responsible for supervising daily work, keeping crews organized, making sure jobs stay on schedule, and ensuring work is completed safely and correctly. The Underground Foreman will oversee laborers and equipment operators while supporting underground utility installation, fiber work, excavation, boring, trenching, and related construction activities.
This is an outdoor field position. Must be comfortable working in all weather conditions, around heavy equipment, open trenches, traffic, mud, dust, and active construction sites. Overtime or weekend work may be required depending on project needs.
Must be able to perform physical labor for long periods, lift up to 80 lbs, walk on uneven terrain, bend, kneel, climb, crawl, use hand and power tools, and work safely around equipment and utilities.
