Job summary

Drill-Tech is seeking HDD Laborers to support horizontal directional drilling crews on underground utility projects in Richmond, Virginia. This hands-on field position involves assisting crews, equipment setup, material handling and general construction tasks.

HDD experience is helpful but not required for candidates with strong construction background. Headquartered in Chester, Maryland, Drill-Tech operates HDD and underground utility work throughout the Mid-Atlantic region.

Qualifications

• Construction or underground utility experience preferred.
• Able to perform physically demanding outdoor work.
• Valid driver\'s license required.
• Reliable transportation to/from jobsite.

Responsibilities

• Assist HDD crews with daily field operations
• Support drilling, reaming, pullback, and pipe installation
• Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment
• Assist with equipment setup and cleanup
• Maintain clean and organized jobsites
• Perform general labor duties as assigned
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures
• Work closely with foremen and equipment operators
