Qualifications

• Experience operating HDD equipment or related heavy equipment.
• Experience with Vermeer 23x30, 24x40, or similar directional drills preferred.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to work outdoors and travel as project needs require.

Responsibilities

• Operate HDD equipment during drilling operations.
• Assist with drilling, reaming, pullback, and pipe installation.
• Operate support equipment including skid steers, excavators, and loaders.
• Perform daily equipment inspections and preventative maintenance.
• Assist with mud mixing and drilling fluid management.
• Support equipment mobilization and demobilization.
• Work closely with foremen, locators, and field crews.
• Maintain safe work practices and jobsite standards.
