Responsabilités

• Process incoming and outgoing portability requests per HUD and MDHA policies.
• Coordinate transfer of voucher assistance between MDHA and other PHAs.
• Issue vouchers to eligible participants relocating to other jurisdictions.
• Track portability cases, deadlines and extensions for timely processing.
• Maintain audit-ready portability files and accurate documentation.
