Job summary

The Franklin Housing Authority (FHA) seeks an HCV/Tax Credit Occupancy Specialist to manage ongoing Section 8 and Low Income Housing Tax Credit programs. The role focuses on re-certifications and ensuring compliance across our housing portfolio.

Applicants should have at least 3 years of relevant experience; LIHTC and Section 8 certifications are preferred. FHA offers a comprehensive benefits package including holidays, paid time off, medical/dental/vision coverage, an HSA and retirement plan.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience with either Section 8 or LIHTC properties.
• Section 8 or LIHTC certifications are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform HCV re-certifications.
• Carry out LIHTC re-certifications.
• Coordinate with tenants and landlords to ensure timely renewals.
