ViiV Healthcare, a global specialty HIV company, seeks an US HCP Insights Lead, HIV Prevention (PrEP), to drive decision-relevant insights for US PrEP strategy. You will lead HCP primary market research from study design to execution, work with Brand, Medical, Market Access, and other partners, and integrate multiple data sources to inform commercial decisions.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years in pharma/biotech commercial roles.
• Experience leading HCP-focused primary market research in a commercial pharmaceutical or biotech role.
• Strong ability to frame business questions, design research approaches, and influence decisions through insights.
• Experience across qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.
• Experience managing multiple research vendors and concurrent projects.
• Strong analytical judgment and clear written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead qualitative and quantitative primary market research with HCPs to support US HIV PrEP initiatives.
• Design and execute a range of research programs, including ATU studies, brand tracking, segmentation, and opportunity assessments.
• Manage external research vendors across study design, fieldwork, analysis, and reporting with budget stewardship and compliance.
