Job summary

You will analyze configuration changes, build reports, and support end users across departments. The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree and up to 5 years of relevant experience, with Workday Pro certification within the first year.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; Level I and II specified.
• Workday Pro certification within the first year.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience for Level II.

Responsibilities

• Performs analysis to identify configure HCM systems to meet business needs.
• Provides functional support for HCM Systems.
• Handles resolution of support ticket requests.
• Performs business requirements gathering.
• Provides training to administrative end users.
• Identifying system enhancements leading to increased operational effectiveness.
• Report scheduling and development of reports.
• Development and document management of processes, procedures, and guides.
• Develops data integrity audits and resolves deficiencies and variances.
• Conducts proactive research and identifies opportunities to better use technology.
• Performs special projects and duties as necessary.
